TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for and attending an All You Can MoOVE (“AYCM”) event, you agree to the following terms:

 

• Entry to the event is permitted only upon successful payment confirmation. No physical or digital tickets will be issued. Payment confirmation (email, WhatsApp message, or payment receipt) must be shown at entry.
   

• All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification if requested.
   

• All registrations are final and non-transferable.
   

• Security procedures, including frisking and bag checks, remain the right of the organizers and venue management.
   

• Prohibited items include but are not limited to narcotics, intoxicants, weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, flammable substances, or any object deemed unsafe by management.
   

• Entry may be denied to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a safety risk.
   

• Organizers reserve the right / discretion to deny late entry, re-entry, or remove any attendee who violates event rules or venue policies.
   

• Venue rules are strictly applicable and binding.
   

• Participation in any activity is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.
   

• The organizers, sponsors, partners, instructors, venue and any third partyvenue shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring (including to any person or property) during the event.
   

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
